Youth Justice Board (YJB)
The Youth Justice Board (YJB) for England and Wales oversees the youth justice system in England and Wales. It works to prevent offending and reoffending by children and young people under the age of 18, and to ensure that custody for them is safe, secure, and addresses the causes of their offending behaviour. Reliance provides the safe and secure transportation of the youth offenders, for the YJB, transporting over 4,000 people per annum over the UK. All escorts are fully CRB checked. Each special adapted discrete vehicle is also equipped with food, drinks and on board entertainment for the travellers consisting of magazines and electronic games for long journeys.
